Be very cautious when buying a car from here. Make sure you take picture of the sticker on the car you are planning on buying. The dealership swapped cars on me and I didn't realize until I got home with a car and asked for the sticker as a memento.

Let me tell you a little bit about this place hoping it will save you some time and money and anxiety. I’ve lived with horrible anxiety for the last year waiting for my sons car to get stolen yat again. We had a horrible experience buying the car a year ago. We came in to buy two cars and look for a third. We put money on down to order two. When the day cam and the cars arrived they called us in and the cars magically went up about 9K combined which made the payments outrageous. Southlake Kia is a great place if you're looking for your next vehicle! I must say their staff is great! If you're looking for a salesman ask for Chris Lindzy, very straight forward, not pushy, and got us exactly what we needed in a timely manner. Excellent experience over all from the moment Chris walked up all the way to the finance office with Tom Vicari. Can’t beat their warranty either.
I had a great experience buying a new Kia Sportage. Tom Carter, my sales person was excellent, ensuring that my expectations were met from start to finish!
Sooo long story short they did an oil change end of July...only place to ever work on my car...driving down the road in September the drain plug falls out causing oil to go everywhere engine seizes...no signs of oil leaks anywhere before this happens. The service center there refuses to take responsibility for this even tho they are the only shop to ever work on my car....the whole department was rude and did not even care.
