My partner and I were very pleased with the care and efficiency we received from the nurses, triage, and doctor at Southlake. During our emergency visit, we had Anya and she is a stellar nurse. She was attentive and on the ball with everything. We are pleased with the referrals and next steps provided by the doctor in emerg.
Aside from their Cardiologists...this is a hospital of horrors!!
A few weeks ago I needed surgery when I woke up I felt like my whole body was paralyzed, then my nurse wanted me to walk right away after I woke up. And she ripped out my ivy, forced me to walk home after I said I felt dizzy and wanted to throw up
Wow, can the food get any worst. Zero seasoning. Zero colour..... Pathetic. Tilapia is the worst fish possible. Mmmmm cold food, cold tea and wet from all the condensation. How long has it been sitting. If I bid on the culinary contract nit would be 5 stars every meal.
