Very nice selection We were near this florist and decided to stop in for flowers and a gift for a friend who just had a baby. The employee was very helpful and made a beautiful arrangement in the price range we gave her. I was very pleased not only with the quality of the flowers, but also the amount of flowers included in the arrangement! They also have a nice selection of plants, stuffed animals, balloons and other gifts. Very nice floral and gift shop!!
Spectacular Arrangements/Awesome Pricing/Wonderful Employees I have used this florist on many occasions. They have wired beautiful arrangements to prospective customers, created awesome small arrangements for people in the office, and have helped assist us in getting floral arrangements to employees in times of need to express our condolonces. This florist is always happy to take the time to work with us and helps pick out the perfect item to send. Pricing is great. I love working with this florist and the employees!
On time and nice flowers Southlake Florist and Gifts is a nice shop that isn't very big but has a lot of flowers and small gifts. I have sent flowers here many times and always been happy. They did a very nice arrangement for friends who had a baby and they tried to deliver it to the hospital but she has already checked out-- they called right away and got the address and took it to their house. I was very impressed. A little expensive but right in line with other florist in the area.
Buyer be Ware Be sure you only place your order with Janice. Other employees tend to lose them. I ordered an arrangement 12 days in advance, because I was leaving the country, and wanted the flowers there when we got back as a thank you. Well you guessed it NO FLOWERS were delivered. I called on Sunday and left a message on the answering machine as to the problem, and left my cell number, as of Monday noon, no call back. I finally called the store and Janice told me yes indeed she got the message and looked for the order, bu... read more
