Dr. Frank and her staff are amazing. When you walk in the front door, you are always greeted with a warm welcome. We never have to wait as they are always on time! I've had some major dental work performed by Dr. Frank due to drawing the short straw of bad genes! My mouth now feels and looks great! I visited Dr. Frank's practice twice in one month and both times were very comfortable and pleasant experiences. I am a young person who is accustomed to being offered unnecessary services through previous dental care and was unsatisifed with being kept in the dark during treatment plans. Dr. Frank and her staff are kind, gentle, and took the time to explain everything to me that was being executed as part of my care plan. I have no plans to find another dental provider anytime soon. I've been a patient of Dr. Frank for 6+ years now and she is fabulous. Dr. Frank and her dental assistant, Christie, are competent and accommodating as they miraculously removed an inferior crown which was recently cemented to my new implant. Even the dentist who placed the crown (not Dr. Frank) said it would be impossible to remove, yet Dr. Frank and Christie came up with a plan to remove the faulty crown and replaced it with a beautiful new crown that doesn't trap food.
