We love and are grateful to Southinton Veterinary Association... we brought our 8 year old baby, Sydney in on Friday. He was a mess... lost 6 lbs in a week, elevated white blood count due to infection, pancreatitis, rough heart, dehydration and diabetes - all new, unexpected issues. Dr Vitelli and the team were so sweet and attentive. They quickly addressed each issue and spent time with us. Sydney is not out of the woods but is home - stabilized. At this current moment, until I receive the requested call from Dr. Foster, (two requests have been put in...this is the third) my rating will remain a 1! I have been taking my pets there since 1990 and my recent experience was quite dissatisfying!! As of today Aug 11th, I've STILL yet to hear from Dr Foster. If I could rate this a zero, I would!!!! Aug 23, STILL NO CALL received!!

I was so nervous my cat Foofin' was going to have a terrible first visit to the vet. Not only is the staff patient and kind they are also EXTREMELY attentive and welcoming. Won't go anywhere else!
