I had such high hopes for this clinic after reading online reviews. Today is our third visit, and this is the third time they’ve been more than 30 minutes late taking my dog in for his appointment. When I complained to the tech, she answered “no problem“. Maybe not for you, but when I have an anxious dog and I’m waiting in a car in 90° humid weather it is a problem!!!😡 Then they told me I am being charged for a “treatment by technician”. We are very sorry you didn’t have a great visit. According to the reception team you arrived 20 minutes early for your 11:00 appointment and were checked out at 11:30. We always try our best but curbside visits do take longer than normal. Our staff did offer a free bag of treats since you were unhappy and they did their best to work with you. Friendliest and most vet place I have ever been to
We have taken numerous cats over the years to SVA. Now we have a dog, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. They have always taken excellent care of our animals, no matter what Veterinarian was there. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. 💕
We have used this vet for many years. From bringing in any one of our pets we’ve had over the years for routine checkups to having to put a beloved pet down everyone at SVA has been wonderful!!
Can we just give a shout out to the staff- the gals and Bill behind the desk that show such compassion for us and our pets!
