The pool and “amenities” we were sold on are so bad.
To anyone considering buying or moving to Southgrove: I moved in a year ago and initially had a positive experience with the sales and construction management teams. I've enjoyed living in the neighborhood and exploring the surrounding area. However, during my 11-month inspection, a few minor issues were identified.
