Would NOT recommend. Please read below. I needed to replace my aging MagicPak HVAC unit and water heater for my condo rental and was recommended Southglenn. Everything seemed great with their service until I ended up having an issue with a slow/constant water leak in the utility closet months later. I personally went to inspect the issue and found that Southglenn had put a larger diameter water heater in the tiny utility closet than what came out. Every time I've used Southglenn it's been a great experience. They are prompt, personable, do a good job and keep us informed. They provided pics and video of the recent repair issues as well as detailing the work so that I could submit the claim for HOA reimbursement.
1. Gave a call before scheduling 2. Gave a call 30 minutes before the visit AS PROMISED 3. Arrived on time 4. Respectful to the property 5. Polite and nice during communication 6. Educative 7. Found and eliminated the problem <30m. That was a very pleasant experience. Thanks!
