Would NOT recommend. Please read below. I needed to replace my aging MagicPak HVAC unit and water heater for my condo rental and was recommended Southglenn. Everything seemed great with their service until I ended up having an issue with a slow/constant water leak in the utility closet months later. I personally went to inspect the issue and found that Southglenn had put a larger diameter water heater in the tiny utility closet than what came out. Every time I've used Southglenn it's been a great experience. They are prompt, personable, do a good job and keep us informed. They provided pics and video of the recent repair issues as well as detailing the work so that I could submit the claim for HOA reimbursement.

Have had Southglenn Htg & AC install Evaporative cooler several years. They repair and service twice a year. I’ve never have any complaint as they are easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable.
