I havent had a hot shower in a month. I’ve put in 4 maintenance requests and they have not resolved the issue.
I have lived in this apartment complex for 2 years now and am happy with the new management that has taken over since September of 2024! The management that managed this complex prior was a disaster! With a new office manager, there so much improvement in all areas with return call from office when leaving a messages, to speedy maintenance work when needed, to keeping the area clean around the grounds, to office staff available daily!!! This is what other reviews don’t tell you… Asbestos, lead paint, radon & mold disclosures are included in the lease you sign a waiver for. Do you value your health? There’re Radon Away exhaust pipes on the side of building #2. Leases are loaded with junk fees. Building protection insurance, pest control, electricity to power walkway and exterior building lights (most are burned out) & parking (not assigned spaces). Corner units have minimal heat in winter. Smokers smoke is prevalent throughout the courtyard. So much for having your windows open in the summer, It’s a no smoking property.
