UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT-- this place is really turning around and I've never had a better experience with a leasing office. Julie goes above and beyond!
I have been a resident at southglenn place for over two years and have seen great improvements under the new management. Julie in the leasing office is kind and gracious and very responsive to any questions or concerns!
WARNING: DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! THINGS ARE WORSE NOW with Laramar Properties Group now being the NEW ownership of these 4 antiquated buildings. It's the 5th new ownership in 15 years. YOU WILL REGRET LIVING HERE. MAINTENANCE WILL NOT RESPOND TO WORK ORDERS SUBMITTED (maintenance guy is young and incompetent; just look at how he shoveled the snow right in front of my door. Just wanna give a big thanks to Beau with maintenance! Not only does he handle our issues he’s always very kind and timely about it, I enjoy knowing that the place I live has people I can count on. That’s a big part of community! Cannot thank management/maintenance enough! Keep it up!
