This a wonderful place to live it was my home for many years. As a single woman I felt very safe the neighborhood is excellent.Julie and Beau wonderful always available to help with anything they care about the property and the residents. In all my years I never put any complaints quiet and peaceful. I wouldn’t have left but need to be closer to work
This is what other reviews don’t tell you: This is a SECTION 8 - four building property with many undesirable people who either can’t work, have no income or deal with mental illnesses. It’s not handicap friendly. Decent people here are few. It’s a toxic place. There are high levels of lead, asbestos, mold & radon (photo of radon exhaust pipe shown) in these buildings built in late 1960’s with no building codes in place. You will sign a lease addendum waving your rights to all of these hazards. That should scare the hell out... read more
Southglenn Place Apartments was my first apartment, and I had a wonderful experience living here for the past year. The community was peaceful, and I always felt comfortable and at home. Julie in the leasing office was incredibly welcoming, patient, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Beau from maintenance was dependable, knowledgeable, and always addressed requests in a timely manner. I lived at Southglenn Place Apartments for a year , and overall I had a great experience. This was my first apartment, so I was a little nervous going into the renting process, but the staff made everything easy and helped me feel comfortable from the beginning. One of the highlights of living here was the staff. Julie in the leasing office was always so sweet, friendly, and helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
