Boilers for heat and hot water are not maintained properly! Owner uses cheapest parts from the internet which take days to arrive, causing tenants; young children and the elderly, to freeze in the cold weather! Owner also uses the cheapest HVAC company to analyze the boiler problems but the problems are not analyzed correctly, causing time to be wasted and tenants to freeze in cold weather!
Worst place ever. Very unprofessional and lazy. Half ass job work in the apartments. The walls are thin the rub we had paint was peeling they refused to repaint. It floods in my apartment when it rains I know there has to be mold. Paint job is cheap. the hallways are dirty and ugly paint everywhere dirty carpet. Cosmetic appearance is ugly and look nasty. Hope they will eventually do some work to fix these apartments up
