My dog Benny needed surgery. Took him to Southgate, they helped me set up an appointment with medvet in Columbus which is also amazing btw. Benny passed shortly after surgery. Southgate associates sent me a sympathy card. This to me was amazing they care to thus level. I only had taken Benny to Southgate just once. From now on they will be the only vet clinic ill take my dogs to. As we speak. I adopted 2 more dogs. The puppy had parvo from the shelter I got him from.
