My grandmother lived here 15 years ago. She moved in again around 2022. 2023 she paid ANOTHER deposit to move to a larger apartment and they came up with some bs reason to keep her deposit from the previous apartment. Fast forward after she been in the larger apartment they send her a notice stating she has to pay a balance of over $500 from when she lived there 15 YEARS AGO. This building is falling apart. Most of the tenants are leaving. Living here is like the projects. My upstairs neighbor continues to flood my bathroom. After he talked then he began stomping upstairs above me like a child. Owners don't care and have been here for over 6 years. For me to move into another suite they want me to pay a double deposit.
