Came in recently, was around 10. Was told it was drive-thru only. When I got my drink and pulled around, 5 other cars were being helped by a car hop. Very disrespectful, not to mention cups were greasy although we ordered no food. Not coming back.
I love Sonic except the cups!!!!! Last year my husband lost a shake because the lid popped off and the cup broke. Even though we're warned about the lids and I was extremity careful on my way in the house today I dropped my shake when the lid popped and the bottom broke on the cup. There was no saving it. I really hate wasting money, y'all know the cups suck, corporate needs to change them ASAP!!!
I am the one who was missing part of my meal tonight. I just wanted you to know how happy I was the way you corrected the mistake. That was a real class act, and I will be back. Thank you so much. Good customer service is always appreciated.
We love the memories it brings back from the 60s!! The food and service is good too!
