Went there for a oil change and the could not get my mileage right. I have receipt with one mileage number and a window sticker with another so when do I come back for the next oil change? Also tried to sent me out of there without a window sticker had to ask for one then when I get it has the wrong mileage on it. Never go there again.
RecommendedEvery time I get an oil change at this location the guys are super nice. They explain to me the process and pricing before they start. By far the best customer service and the wait is reasonable.
So I went for an oil change. These guys offered to change my fuel filter saying it was bad and needed to be changed. Ok fine go ahead. They broke my main gas line and tried to tell me that it was my reserve line. So I take my truck to another shop for them to tell me that there was nothing wrong with the reserve line but that when the fuel filter was replaced that line snapped and they tried to cover it up.
Didn't check my fluids or lights reverse light out washer fluid out coolant out power steering out couldn't even write the right date or milage on return sticker..
They were all Americans working there didn't have to worry bout being shorted on oil or them using recycled oil
