Service department is terrible! Unorganized, lack of communication! Have had my car since august 8th every time I ask about vehicle I’m lied to when it will be started or finished! Emails sent of wrong finish dates and one time we called they didn’t know they had my car! I will never lease a Lincoln through south gate again! If anything happens it’s a nightmare to deal with! They messed up so many times and refuse to give me a rental for inconvenience and bs! I do not recommend getting vehicle through them
