“We’re so happy at South Gate Garden Apartments — the community is wonderful, and Shannon is friendly, professional, and always quick to respond. And proactive in communicating and fixing the issues. In addition, James responds swiftly to maintenance requests.
Absolute garbage experience. South Gate Garden Apartments seriously needs to be investigated. Tried using laundry machine #22 — big mistake. It barely washed the clothes, and after putting them in the dryer twice (yeah, $8 gone), they were still soaking wet. What’s the point of having laundry machines if they don’t do the one job they’re meant for? Also, the bug problem is disgusting. Friendly management ,Shannon is extremely helpful also thy make things easier by giving a good brief overview of things the maintenance of the system is done well and they respond rapidly to the changes and needs required.
Maintenance here is a complete joke. They don’t fix anything on time, and when they finally show up, the attitude is unbelievable. The woman in charge was straight-up rude and dismissive. If you’re thinking about moving in, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Worst apartment maintenance experience I've had. The service is absolutely terrible — slow, unresponsive, and unprofessional. The woman handling maintenance was extremely rude and acted like she was doing me a favor. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
