I just want to give a huge shoutout to Carla and the maintenence man james at Southgate Apartments. My mom has lived here for about seven years, and the way they treat her means everything. James is truly A1! My mom is elderly and disabled, and he always treats her with kindness, patience, and genuine empathy. I like staying in Southgate Garden apartments. I would highly recommend. Carlamarie is always around to talk to and James provides excellent maintainance service 24/7 and I genuinely mean it.
