April, 2025: Communication is a major issue with this property manager, Shanon. Emails often go unanswered for days or even weeks, making it incredibly difficult to resolve even the simplest concerns. The response I got about a tenant violating the lease in a way that affected others' rights, is that all she could do was issue a warning—despite the clear violation. Nice place, affordable highly recommend
Feb, 2024: Shanon hardly replies to emails and calls. It's really hard to reach her. I wish Montium had appointed more super efficient people like James. Oct, 2022: The apartment on the top floor was renovated and when the tenants moved and they started using their in-house washer & dryer, our bathroom ceiling leaked and water was leaking like rain. The same thing happened for five times. And it took them couple of months to fix. In the mean time, the tenants upstairs were told not use the bathtub and the washer and dryer. T... read more
