Wouldn’t recommend trying to lease here! Me and my friend have been trying to inquire about their 2 bedrooms and we’ve filled out the contact form on the site no response, we’ve called multiple different numbers as they have a different number on google, on the actual site and on apartments.com and left voicemails all at different times between 9am-5pm (their business hours) no response, we’ve even sent in a schedule a tour inquiry and still no response. Building code and key entry doesn't work. My sister stranded outside for 30 minutes. This needed to be fixed ASAP

I’m giving the standard units at Southgate a solid rating for convenience and value. If you are a student or working nearby, you can’t beat the location—it's right across from the UD sports facilities and close to the train station and campus shuttles. The layout for the 1-bedroom (665 sq. ft.) and 2-bedroom (874 sq. ft.) are surprisingly spacious for the price. The Common Laundry area is SUPER convenient and are open open to all tenants 24/7.
