Awesome service and Dr. Wong is so thorough!
This was a good experience. I didn't wait long to be seen. The optometrist was fantastic. She showed me the eye scans, and explained what the results meant. The staff were helpful and respectful. I will definitely continue to use this clinic.
They are professional, kind and respectful. I really enjoyed been there and I recommend people to Southgate Eye Care. Thank you to the staff.
Terrible experience here. Had my appointment booked early but was told constantly that I needed to wait and I ended up not being seen by the optometrist until 40 min past my appointment time. The front desk is also very rude, instead of saying apologies and just told me if I’m not willing to wait I can leave and reschedule. If they told me beforehand there would be some delay, I could have spent time in the mall then came back instead. Such a disrespect of a customer’s time. Will highly not recommend!
