Southgate was a wonderful experience when my older daughter lived there two years ago. As I reserve a spot for my younger daughter for this fall, I find the process has only improved in the last two years. The staff is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Southgate provides the true dorm experience and a sense of community that is so great for first year students. They have the opportunity to meet so many other first students, all while being steps from campus. Looking forward to move in this year!
Staff at Southgate are wonderful to work with. Very high level of communication, making the whole process seamless. We have an excited freshman looking forward to Southgate!
