Left here in October 2023 paying $1205 for a 1 bedroom apt. About 600 sq fr. Not worth it! No dishwasher, no pool, no exercise room,, only a fenced in area with a broken gate they call a dog yard with no bench or cover for the sun and no water. I had roaches. THEY GO UP ON THE RENT EVERY JULY! Maybe soon it will be $1700 a month??!!
Rents just went up approx 44% and average 350 more per month. This is Non Profit apartment complex. I agree they have bills to pay however there are alternatives like fundraisers and grants.. Rent are the only source of income...hmmmmm Could this happen again next year ? So for a studio last year 800 per month...this year 1145...next year maybe 1495 the way things are going ?
