They won't fix anything I have black mold in my apartment. They steal my money and lie and say it's for pest control but pest control has never been inside my apartment. I've never seen anything be managed so poorly. Very rude and lazy. Can't wait till my lease is up. Contacting health department for the mold. I've gotten sick. And so has my spouse
I recently got out of a lease. I started to search for apartments on Craigslist, when I came across this property is got interested. I made an appointment with the friendly staff. They moved me in super fast and it looks great! The residents are quiet and I have no complaints so far.
Absolutely the worst for what you pay. Could never get repairs done. When we moved out the repairs we requested the first month we moved in still had not been done!! Management is rude and uncaring and were never in the offices. The grounds were unkept and parking was in adequate. Would NOT recommend to my worst enemies worst enemy!!

they fix nothing. i have put in several request to have my stove fix, a/c fixed, the washer connections leak fixed, sprayed for roaches & have gotten no response. these apartments are horrible & shld be recommend to be condemned. no one should have to live in a place where nothing is ever fix & the management dont care & the maintenance never show up. i would never recommend this place to anyone.
Problems problems and more problems is all I have experienced from day one, roach infested (I literally had to clean this apartment myself and had to clean all the dead roaches out of the cabinets) old stove, my refrigerator leaks, my a/c doesn't work, I can't set up my cable because they don't allow mounting, I'm missing my kitchen drawers, carpets all stained, messed up floors and countertops, this place is a dump, so is their playground. management is a joke! They fix nothing! I can't wait till my lease is up.
I have rented at Southgate Apartments and I was very disappointed with management even after management changed recently. They dont fix things right away and then blame you for not telling them anything even if you give them a written list. I gave them a list many times and it always seemed to get conveniently lost. So if you want to rent here get ready to handle alot of problems with management.
