Horrible management! If you don’t look like you have money that won’t even pay you any mind. The manager totally blew off when I asked to speak to her, told me that she had to leave and to come back the next day.

The entire office staff is rude and racist. Most disrespectful people I've ever met. I'm pretty sure all these wonderful reviews with their 5 stars were paid to say how amazing this place is. No security, gate has been broken for over a year and worked for a week, mold in bathrooms and kitchens, living room floor sinks inward, filled with criminals and crooks. absolutely the worst place ever. Spend the extra $100 for a safer and friendlier complex.
RecommendedI was nervous when I moved in because I read the review "after I signed the lease" But this place is awesome! I really like how my apartment was perfect when I moved in. The property is always clean and landscaped. The workers fix my stuff right. The office is very nice (but one girl is a little uppity) but she is professional. Oh...any the GATE ALWAYS WORK! And I really like that.
I moved out in September. they owed me overpaid rent. I still haven't received it over three months later. ripoff. liars. cheats
RecommendedI recommend Carmel Brook apartments. The staff be on top of things. The apartments are very quiet, clean, 247 security. You can pay your rent online which is convenient if you don’t have transportation. There’s a fitness area pool area. I love living in Carmel Brooks I have been here since March, I haven’t had any issues with the staff coming out to fix anything I need. The front office staff would fix any issues you have in a timely manner. I would give them a 5🌠
