Katrina Rivas went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to move in right away without having to wait for the weekend to be over. They give your keys to other residents to use your washer if theirs doesn’t work & they don’t let you know!!!!! I had a random male walk in the apartment when I was alone w my newborn & even the apartment manager admitted that one of the employees gave them the key!!!
Love it, went on a tour of the apartment and it was amazing!!! It's the only one of the apartments that I have toured which offers hardwood floor for the bedroom, which is great!!!
Me and my husband were ready to fill out an online application, but wanted to see the apartments in person first. I called and spoke with Stephen and he stated a late showing scheduled for 5:45 would be no problem. (their office closes at 6) I showed up at 5:40, parked, and called them because I couldn't find the office. Noisey neighbors everywhere! Upstairs neighbors stomp and have domestic disputes all day and night. Garage below me, the neighbors like to drink & smoke & be obnoxiously loud in their garage at all hours of the night. Have called to complain many times but the office does not care. It’s a struggle every night just to fall asleep🙄. Cannot wait until my lease is up!
