This is not a safe place to live. There is a lot of crime. I had a guest over and his car was vandalized overnight. Plus, before I moved in, my move in date was pushed out a few days so they could get my “new, stainless steel appliances” installed and all of the appliances that are in my apartment are old and black. Great place to live if you don’t mind your water being shut off every two weeks
RecommendedAbsolutely AMAZING SERVICE. My fiancé and I moved here and arrived on a Friday from New York during the pandemic, and then a hurricane. Katrina Rivas went above and beyond to make sure that we were able to move in right away without having to wait for the weekend to be over. She worked from home on a Friday night and walked us through every step since this is our first apartment and she didn’t want us to make a mistake that a lot of first time buyers make. They give your keys to other residents to use your washer if theirs doesn’t work & they don’t let you know!!!!! I had a random male walk in the apartment when I was alone w my newborn & even the apartment manager admitted that one of the employees gave them the key!!!
RecommendedThe best community around hands down, it is very clean and the maintenance guys are really nice and very helpful. My unit is exactly what I was looking for, but the best part is it is affordable. I really recommend these apartments!
RecommendedTha apartment is big a confortables! The only thing is the mantenimiento is very bad ! I leave here for 4 years not problem
RecommendedI've lived in these apts for 6 years and the property has improved so much! Bit rocky in the beginning, but I'm glad I've had a place to call home here. The office staff has always been nice and professional as well as maintenance staff.
they staff is horrible no customer service at all...
they are nasty and unorganized!!!
