Been there twice. Quick and efficient. Amber and whe whole staff are great!
Stay away from Dr. Reddy she is rude and doesn’t listen to your concerns. Her staff is rude too and they don’t answer their phones nor do they return calls! Terrible customer service.
I am a dialysis nurse based in Livonia. Southfield surgery is one of 4 local access centers that I refer patients to. However, I have had at least 3 patients refuse Southfield because their front desk lady is rude and unpleasant.
Dr Rankin is awesome and so is the staff. I don't go anywhere else but here!
I'm 23 years old and I've been coming here when ever my access stops working properly. And I gotta say the service is great, gets the job done and the waiting time is not long. The workers are great too.
