To be completely honest... I bought a Groupon for a cleaning and exam and figured I would get that done and probably never return to this office. The problem is that great customer service and personable people make a HUGE impression on me and are usually the top factor for where I decide to take my business and spend my money. Great Experience Dr. Orr and the entire team at generations dental are the nicest group on women ever! They care and really do a great job! Always smiling when I walk in. I was getting a cavity filled and I still walked out happy! That doesn't happen often! Moved downtown Detroit and will still continue to commute for my dental needs!

Excellent Service! I visited Generations Family Dental after having a terrible experience with another dentist. WOW! I am so glad that I did! The service was phenomenal - 10 stars! The receptionist said, "You must be Stephanie," when I walked in the door. Great start! The hygienist, Stephanie (too), was great! She took great care of me, sympathizing with the fact that I'd been through 2 sets of braces and 2 recent root canals.
