After roof inspection, it was noted that materials and work was not up to code. A total roof tear off was needed. After inspection from a certified consultant, it was determined, and recorded that there is still a sizable amount of work to be done. Southernwood is claiming that they can't find the invoice of the work that was done, therefore resulting in no resolution.

Southernwood Roofing Company was recommended to me by a friend. I contacted their office to schedule a quote (I scheduled 3 quotes and they were the best in price) and Andrew L** came out and reviewed my roof and attic and I received a quote the next day. The other companies just did a google picture of my roof but Andrew physically got up and inspected my roof and also my attic for any mold issues. Dealing with Southernwood has been an excellent experience, from the adminstrative staff to the evaluator to the men performing the work. I found all employees to be patient, friendly, personable and diligent. Work completed for me involved gutters, soffit and full roof replacement. I worked most closely with evaluator Chris S***** who I believe exemplifies "friendly professionalism", however I found this trait to run with other employees as well. Very professional staff. I had roof, gutters and shutters installed. Each job was throughly inspected upon completion. It took a few hours of a second day to complete my roof. About 2 hours after completion, my area had high winds and rain. Southernwood employee came to my house about an hour after the storm to inspect roof for any possible damage. My daughter used Southernwood Roofing and Siding for her roof replacement after storm damage. When I needed a new roof I called Southernwood. Chris Stokes was very experienced and knowledgeable. He guided me through the process. The team was very professional. They showed up on time as scheduled and completed the roof in one day! They returned as scheduled for other work that needed to be completed. After the job was complete, Chris followed up. I would recommend Southernwood Roofing and Siding for your home needs.

Professional, prompt, dependable, attention to detail. We had our roof replaced recently by Southerwood Roofing and Siding, from start to finish their services were outstanding.
