Care for my dad was excellent! Staff worked closed with nurses at his assisted living facility and communicated with family as well. Dad especially appreciated the spiritual support from the staff and social worker who regularly visited. All experiences were positive.

My grandmother just passed away and was in SUCH good care with SouthernCare. Our favorite nurse, Kim, was so knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. Our social worker, BayLee, came out to check on my mom (and my grandmother!) the same day I called her regarding support resources. SouthernCare came out to assess my grandmother the day I called her PCP regarding her health. Every request we had was responded to quickly and efficiently.
