Everything great, as always. From the front desk to the dental chairs, you find friendliness and excellent service.
The staff at Bloomington Dental Group are amazing! I was greeted by friendly office staff and the hygienist, Rachel, was very fun, thorough and informative. Dr. Howder was completely professional while still easy to talk to and explained everything completely. The office is clean and comfortable. It was a great all around experience.
Went in for 6-month routine checkup. Rachael was very personable, efficient and gentle while cleaning my teeth. She was able to answer my questions regarding TMJ pain that I've been having. Other staff was available that day to do my impressions which I really appreciated as it saved me from having to make another appointment. Dr. S. Parker was also very nice, as was the receptionist. Thank you all for your professionalism and excellent customer service. I always recommend you to anyone looking for a dental professional.
