I wouldn’t let them do hospice care on my pet. Worst staff that don’t care or have empathy, Sympathy, Or care for their patients or the patient caregiver. My grandmother was Having mental issues. She started hitting me. I have messages that she was going to grab a butcher, knife and stab me. If I could rate them as a 0 I would. This agency is not a good agency and caused a lot of family conflict, some of the staff are so rude, and unprofessional. Sad as it’s suppose to be comfort care, and there was no comfort about it at all. Do your research before hiring. Also another family member had this agency, and also had problems. Ended up taking their dad off this agency and transferred to out of state hospice care with other family members .

Families beware! This place doesn’t care about your loved ones. Doctors like to drink on the job and nurses go to the bar owned by one of the nurses. Happy hour and matching tattoos are more important during work hours. Very unprofessional this place is! They have the absolute worse people managing this office! They lack experience and empathy!
