Families beware! This place doesn’t care about your loved ones. Doctors like to drink on the job and nurses go to the bar owned by one of the nurses. Happy hour and matching tattoos are more important during work hours. Very unprofessional this place is! They have the absolute worse people managing this office! They lack experience and empathy! Navigating and choosing hospice is a very hard and emotional decision. I have worked with this company many times and would suggest them time and time again. To watch these people help families and their loved ones navigate through this stage is amazing. Lisa is always available to help at any moment day or night. The nurse Nikki cares so much for her patients always going that extra mile for them. She does not rush her time with them giving each one her attention as if they were the only person around.
I can't say enough about how great this company was to receive support from during my Father's home hospice needs. Everyone from the nurses, aides, helpers, and social workers were absolutely first rate. Kendra, Cindy, Frank, David, & Miranda were all fantastic to work with and we all fell in love with these people. The way they cared from my Father meant the world to us and my Dad absolutely loved them. They are all very special people and truly cared for us and our needs.
