I can't say enough about how great this company was to receive support from during my Father's home hospice needs. Everyone from the nurses, aides, helpers, and social workers were absolutely first rate. Kendra, Cindy, Frank, David, & Miranda were all fantastic to work with and we all fell in love with these people. The way they cared from my Father meant the world to us and my Dad absolutely loved them. They are all very special people and truly cared for us and our needs.
One of the things I really appreciate about Southern Care Hospice is their clear and consistent communication. Lisa S does an amazing job of keeping all parties informed, facilitating a seamless coordination between Mulberry and Southern Care Hospice services. This transparency is invaluable for maintaining continuity of care.
I absolutely LOVE this company!! As a nurse I deal with so many different hospice companies and I will pick/suggest this one every time!! Hands down the best! Olivia the case manager is absolutely wonderful! Whatever I ask or the patients wants/needs, we get, it's never a problem. She responds in a quick manner and is so compassionate! You can't go wrong with this company! Pick them! You won't be sorry!
