The exchange policy is a lie. I was told they would not exchange defective material if the bundles were opened and it was in writing. This is a lie, no where does it say anything about not opening the product. It does say to carefully inspect product prior to install for defects and to exchange it within 30 days with receipt. I did exactly that and was told sorry but that's is the way it is and I needed to buy more to finish the job This company does not care about their customers nor do they care about my customes.
