Gulfport office worst case of bad appointments I've had the bad luck of seeing in 5years of Dr office visits
Absolutely not worth waiting 3-6 hours to be seen. Normal wait time is 3 hours after checking in. The staff is disorganized, the office doesn't pass the cleanliness test. Taking my folks somewhere else and suggest you do the same
Staff is great, however we put everything on a card and now they're trying to send us a bill? I think not. They went over all the costs associated with my husband's procedures and we put it on a card. 4.5 months later they're trying to bill us MORE.
Not impressed at all. I drove my sister to her appointment and the wait was over 3 hours. I let Dr. Nelson know that I never expected to be in their building from 1:45 until after 6 o'clock. I stated that my time is valuable too and he lost my business for when I have cataract surgery in the near future.
