Disgusting!!! Pure filth! Before my roommate and I moved in, we told the managers on duty about my molded toilet. I’ve been in for a week now and no one has tried to do anything about the toilet. As a matter of fact, I was told that they were basically not going to do anything about it and that I needed to clean it. When I talked to them about THEM cleaning prior to move in, I was told that it could’ve been weeks before the toilet was cleaned and I moved in. Smh... I will not renew my lease. Southern View apartments is letting their patrons (black truck), contractors (red van), and maintenance (golf cart) park illegally in handicap spots and handicap lines. Those are there so I can get up to the sidewalk with my walker and wheelchair. Not so you can use them as spots. Pictures attached. The golf cart is parked in a handicap loading zone partially and a red lines fire lane zone partially so double whammy. I wish I had gotten a pic of the 6 empty spots also in the same lot he or the truck could have used.

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! My mother took a week off work to help me move out and clean. It would have been nice to know I was wasting my and my mother's time cleaning. My roomate and I had left that place better than we got it and yet got barely anything back. This place takes all of your security deposit to pay for stuff it should be paying for. Dont ever love here or another Lindsey managment property. They will take you money

By far the worst Lindsey apartment I’ve ever stayed in. They are disrespectful and so rude to young and old. They act entitled and like they don’t care about anyone but themselves. If I could give them less than one star I would. If you want to live somewhere where they kick your mom out just because you decided to end your lease with them go ahead! There’s no other way to say it, southern view sucks!
