Please DO NOT use. I had a reservation for a condo through this company for over three weeks, then TWO days before our check in they called to say the unit was unavailable. They only offered 3 units that were essentially down grades in less desirable locations with less amenities. When I requested a refund they stated it would take at least a week. That will be after the time we had scheduled for this trip. They absolutely ruined our vacation.
