We first contacted Keith via the internet when we were looking for a 2nd home in Mesquite, NV. After talking together, he suggested we look in St. George instead. He had listened carefully to our wish list. His "picks" for us to view were spot on and we were able to select our perfect home, which is now our 1st home. After 10 years, we know Keith will always be honest in his evaluation of the upcoming sale or listing. We value his professionalism and his friendship.

Keith, did a an EXCELLENT job selling our property in less than 2 weeks this past January 2013. Not only did he list the property but he also over saw the clean up and up grade of the property personally as we were out of state owners. Very professional and follows through with what he say he will do. Knows the Washington County market so you won't make a bad deal. I have bought and sold lots, and homes through Keith and every transaction went very well. Last transaction was selling a rental home and that was in 2012. Have done 5 transactions with Keith. Also have referred several clients and they have been extremely pleased with his service.

Worked with Keith in finding us a lot to build our retirement home. We bought 1/3 acre in 2000 and are in the process of building our dream home now. I was surfing the internet for places in St George Utah and his website came up. We correspond ed I told him what we were looking for. We said we were coming down for a visit he said he had a couple lots to show us. The 2nd lot was it. Fell in love with it. He listened to us and found the perfect lot. He is the go to person.

Keith is great! He's very easy to talk to and helps you understand everything in the process, and he's willing to answer any questions you have. I've been impressed with how responsive he's always been. Keith helped me find two great homes a few years ago, and is still great about answering any questions I have. Keith gave us a great overview of St. George and each Suburb. He helped us decide on the location that would meet our needs. He not only helped us find a nice home, but he helped us find a great Realtor in the State that we were moving from. He did our final closing for us and had the keys ready for us when we arrived here in Southern Utah. We would use Keith again in any Real Estate transaction.

Keith spent time with us to get calibrated on our needs in 2004. We went back to California and received a call two days later that he had found our home. We returned to St. George where he showed us that home and several others, but the one he said was ours was exactly what we were looking for. I found Keith to be "up to date" on community happenings and have a wealth of knowledge on the real estate market. He knew what I was looking for and directed me in the right area to find the exact house that I wanted. Keith also went out of his way to help us sell a piece of property.
