Bought truck here in 2021, service department has only gotten worse and worse. Over a 1 month wait to get them to even look at my truck, they cannot keep service people employed and they openly admit it. Over 1 month to get service.... Hall Ram will have me in Thursday morning, courtesy vehicle which Southern offers when you buy but never fulfills.
