I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Norfolk Southern dealership. My vehicle has been sitting at their service center for over two months without any repair. They claim they have no mechanic available, and I’ve been repeatedly ignored and given poor customer service when seeking updates. Had my wife's Jeep there for an oil change, they changed the wipers, cabin filter and engine air filter changed. I already changed them a month prior with better parts, my issue is they never got approval to change the items and took it upon themselves the move forward. Engine filter alone was $60. There was no approval by my wife, we didn't get charged but im out the money. 3 phone calls this week and no return call. We worked with Justin and Katie throughout our entire trade-in and purchase process. From the test drives, to picking a vehicle, not liking it, returning to change it out for an upgraded version, and finalizing the paperwork; this was one of our better experiences at a dealership.
