I usually have little problems with the service department at this location. However, recently their communication and service has been very poor which is really disappointing. My car has been in for service for 3 weeks for a simple hose replacement. When I spoke to an advisor, they told me I could drop my car off and a diagnostic would be able to be done in a few days. Holy text messages... This company and Hall Nissan just started blasting text messages about buying cars out of no where and called multiple times. I don't know who they buy personal information from but I swiped my card at a restaurant and almost immediately started getting hounding text messages about buying a car. I don't even live here. Shame.
