I have experienced nothing but professional service from truly caring doctors at Southern Urgent Care. I prefer them over my own family doctor. Dr. Ward is the best and truly cares about his patients. Thanks for taking such great care of me!

My son had been to SUC previously. The blood tests he has to have were such an exorbitant amount compared to here. We received the results very quickly as well. On my visit today, I needed x-rays for my twisted ankle. My wait time was very minimal. The nurse was friendly and laughed with me, not at me, about my accident. He was very thorough. Unfortunately we've been here several times through the years. I have kids and they have friends who vacation with us! Southern Urgent Care is our Go-To medical center. They are always professional, friendly, efficient, and the doctors are always thorough, with excellent bedside manners. They have competently handled broken toes, cracked heads, swimmers ear, strep throat, sinus infections, concussions, asthma attacks, man-o-war stings, and various viruses. Their waiting room is also comfortable, clean, and has two tv's.
I took my father to this clinic in the morning as he was vomiting, in pain, and naseaus throughout the night. I suspected dehydration as he had been working out excessively in the heat. This clinic did not take proper tests to determine a diagnosis and send him away with anti-nasea medication and told him he was fine. His symptoms worsened throughout the day and we had no choice but to take him to the hospital. I usually love going to this urgent care when I'm sick and always have great service. However when I went today the woman at the front desk (who was not very friendly) told me there was no doctors available today. I don't understand out of all the doctors that work there not a single one was available to come in. Very disappointed and will not be returning.
