RecommendedThey have always been great with treating me. I'm a regular due to my illness, and they are wonderful! Even though I have my own specialist and doctor, I use them in emergencies. Not a long wait. Very kind, thorough and the best place to go if you need medical care quickly.
Just took my husband in because he is in severe pain with either a bladder or a kidney infection and they said that because the insurance company was not open today so they could not verify our insurance that we were gonna have to pay for the full visit today and get refunded tomorrow. They were gonna refund us the remaining money in the morning once insurance was verified but it would take 3-5 business days to get it back! No way! RecommendedCame in and had the most pleasant experience with the office staff as well as the nurse and PA.
RecommendedI found the staff and support personnel very polite, respectful, and tended to my concerns very well. I found PA Williams to be both efficient and very responsive to my needs!
The front staff was lovely. The PA I saw had a bit of an attitude.
Ufortunately was disappointed with MURRELLS INLET Southern Urgent Care. Went there with some concerns requested blood tests. They said I 'd get results within a week (thought that was a long wait for boood resutls) after a week I called to get resuts had to leave message, no return phone call. called twice in one day once in am once in pm no return call. After almost 2 weeks with no cal about blood work, went there and picked up my own results. Was never asked if I wanted to talk to anyone abaout results was just given a cop... read more
This isn’t just for emergencies - you can make them your primary and make appointments. I am new in the area and love this place.
Took my son here for strep throat and the flu. Thankful they took the military Tricare insurance. Thanks to them for supporting our military unlike CVS pharmacy that doesn't accept the Tricare insurance.
