RecommendedThey did a fast and professional COVID test. Very thorough and friendly.
I received excellent care from the P.A., the nurse, the tech, and the admin yesterday. It was my first visit to this facility. The wait time to see the P.A. was the shortest I have ever experienced. The medical exam was thorough, professional and accomplished in a good natured environment. My wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with the diagnosis and treatment path recommended. I would gladly return to this Urgent care in the future if needed
Dr. Marideth was nice and helpful. My issue is solely with the check in staff. She was annoyed when I asked questions and stand off-ish. Later I noticed decoration on the counter with the saying "ashes of problem patients." when I brought it up saying I didn't think it was appropriate, she again acted indifferent stating she didn't put it there and it's not her fault then proceeded to respond with a racial slur.
Our 2 year old had her very first ear infection. I love our pediatrician, but to be seen ASAP we went to this Urgent Care facility. We received the BEST service. We waited 5 minutes, if that. Highly recommend this place. We wish the PA/Doc could be her new peds dr, she loved him!! Wish I got his name, but it was such professional and knowledgeable service.
HORRIBLE experience. Waited 5 hours to be seen, they wouldn’t give me fever medicine when my fever was 102, wouldn’t “recommend” a shot when diagnosed with strep, even when I asked for it - they said no. Dr was untimely, staff was rude when you asked how much longer the wait would be. Poor management.
