Communication was sorely lacking. Refusing to respond to phone calls and emails from customers already provided an estimate is not Customer-Centric. Very disappointing.
Thank you Southern Tree Removal once again for a job well done! This was our third experience recently due to our beautiful oak that was invaded by carpenter ants! So sad to see it go but thankful to the experienced and courteous team that removed it and the stump. Great job guys!👍
They were professional, reasonably priced and timely
Very professional. These guys don't play around. Had two large trees downed by the resent storms in North Augusta. Got the estimate and they were back the next day and took care of business. 5 man crew took down the trees and came back next day and cleaned up the mess and stumps.No hassle over the bill either. They let the insurance company do their thing and I kept them informed. When I got my check they got theirs. A pleasure to do business with and I will use them again.
The guys at Southern Tree Removal did a fantastic job removing 9 trees from our yard in Aiken! These guys are professionals. They worked great as a team cleaned up as they went! They are highly recommended!!! Thanks for a job well done!!
Mr. Gracey and his team did excellent work for us. He arrived on time and removed trees near our house with no problems. The yard was cleaned up well when they left. The cost was very reasonable.
We can't say enough about how great every part of Southern Tree Removal is. Their people are the best, their work is way beyond expectations and their prices are reasonable. You will get more than you pay for. We're had over thirty trees removed from our property over the last fifteen years. We used several companies for all that. Southern Tree Removal is by far the best.

Extremely well done, Four hours and it was over with. Crue works together each with there own task like a well rehears play. Tasks were to remove a 200-year-old fallen tree and remove a damaged tree slightly less in age on a small obstructed lot. House sheds limited space.
