Southern Title of Ohio Ltd. is possibly the most incompetent title company. I was telling my loan officer corrections that needed to be made. They had major difficulties figuring out if a property was in a trust or not. It was, I found that on the county’s auditor site in minutes. They do not understand urgency, how to acquire payoffs properly, how to get information to the buyers on time. Leaving wiring information to hours before closing instead of giving it days in advance.
