I cannot say enough great things about Southern Tire of Summerville! Dennis, the manager, is incredibly flexible and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Should have listened to locals go to Gerald's and save time and money. The owner is Dennis I believe and seems to be short tempered disrespectful towards women. At least I get respect and a rose on my seat after service at Geralds.
Owner is very arrogant, rude and unprofessional. Prices are all over the place not accurate. They are very unorganized and can't remember what his staff is doing. Save your time and money and go to Firestone where you're not treated like a child. The owner wanted to argue with me when asking about another set of tires for another vehicle that I didn't pick up that he supposedly had to order. Hey get with your unorganized staff I did at another time you weren't there and they ordered the wrong one anyways. You just lost the s... read more
