Super professional management, and crew. Complimented by outstanding service. As things often do in life, you get one thing fixed and another thing breaks. However, the crew over at Southern Tire of Summerville are there to fix the problem. We returned today to get new rotors and brake lines for the front end. Kevin as well as Denis were really helpful when it came to me being able to walk in and have things looked at and fixed. Looked a while for a particular used tire for a friend's truck and found them here at Southern Tire of Summerville. We returned later for a second tire. It's a small place but they had the inventory, prices were fair, and we received quick and friendly service both times.
Excellent place! We stopped in with a tire losing pressure. They helped up to determine in was a cracked rim (from Cadillac). They did all that and would not charge us. 10 stars if I could!!!
Southern Tire gave me true southern hospitality, going literally the extra mile by sending a mechanic to help with my car. They'll treat you like family, and bill you like family as well.
Highly recommend these folks. Have used twice in the last 2 months and received stellar service both times. Called 3pm yesterday afternoon about a set of tires for my truck, dropped off at 10am this morning and had it back with 4 new tires and an alignment by 5 o’clock this afternoon. Great price, great customer service, and quick turn around.
