I came in the other day with a blowout and the guys at the shop got on it right away. I had came from up the road from Loves in Big Cabin got tired of waiting for over 41/2 hrs and checked the status. Was told the service tech had to go for 2 service and that it was gonna be a while, in the meantime there were several other workers just bs. While there was plenty of wrk to do just it wasn’t there position to do certain job.The Pilot was on their A Game👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽good job guys
Terrible. The person who did my tire change. Didn't know how to send a payment text for a canadian credit card. Horrible service wasted hour n half sitting in front of computer watching videos. Rather than fixing the problem. I have been to different southern tire marts never had an issue. Salesman code :01559
