GM, Robert, was NOT helpful, and was rude. The only positive thing about this experience was, Kayla, the lady that answered the phone. She tried to help as best she could. My son had an accident driving through Tulsa on his way to college. Blew out 3 tires, and had to have the vehicle towed to this location, he waited in the parking lot all night, in order to be the first one through the door.
