I have been bringing trucks here for tires for the last 6 years, even some personal vehicles. I have brought trucks from 3 different companies here. Service is not always the fastest because they stay so busy and a little disorganized, but overall was very happy with the service. Sadly, due to a recent policy change, they no longer take credit cards over the phone. They don't even offer an alternative like quick pay where they text a link to you where you can pay online. They can do it at their sister store across the street... read more
They took a a few days to fix what was needed, I had to call and check in and then they forgot to fix a part that I had pointed out. Always double check to make sure everything is completed properly before leaving.
I love these guys they make it a personal thing to make sure that you get what you need at a great price… Kayla is amazing when I come in they get to me quick and fast. The manager is so helpful and everybody in the shop is so friendly and they know what they’re doing. Keep up the good work Southern Tire you have a customer for life.
