Traveling to South Florida with a truck and enclosed car trailer and had a outer rear tire separate. Called Southern Tire Mart and Jesus answered the phone. Said that he didn't have the tire there but could have it there in 30min. Fortunately for us we happened to be 30min from his location. When we arrived he had us go ahead and pull into a bay and as we were doing that the tire arrived. He was kind, courteous, and quick to get us back on the road. We were traveling through Florida on our Motorhome when I noticed a vibration and assumed it was the new tires I had purchased prior to my departure. I thought they might need to be balanced. We stopped at Southern Tire Mart in Tallahassee and were delighted when they said they could get right on it.
