Took my 2017 Ford F250 4x4 in for an alignment today. It was my first time at this new facility and was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and the techs did an excellent job on the alignment. Reasonably priced too. The fixed an alignment job that was messed up by a different shop in no time. Will be definitely coming back to this location for all my future alignments and service needs.
Very reasonable and helpful personal with prices and services. Great customer service and fast at getting the truck in got alignment and 4 tire and didn't have to wait to long
Excellent service! staff is knowledgeable, and friendly. The new facility is amazing. In an out in an hour for an alignment on a F-250 diesel.
I had a good experience with Southern Tire Mart overall. The mechanics were professional, friendly, and very helpful. They clearly knew what they were doing and made sure the work was done right. For reference, the price for balancing a semi truck tire was $42. One downside is the tire pricing: the semi-truck tires they had in stock were top brands but very expensive.
