EXTREMELY disappointed have taken my truck for the last 5 oil changes and have NEVER paid more than $63 it was over $80 so I called the service manager, all he could really say is sorry ma'am that's what it cost! I said well you will be loosing my business he said sorry I don't know what to say! Just WOW!! I value my customers way more than that!
Absolutely horrible never in my life have I had to wait 3 hours to get 2 trailer tires installed. They need to set a time limit on vehicles to get them in and out. If you have nothing better to do with your time it's a nice place nice waiting room. I asked about some trailer tires for my personal travel trailer but guess what I will be doing business elsewhere.
