If there is ever a competition for "Slowest Tire Change", I will be able to say that I once visited the building of the World Champs! Cool thing about this place is being able to watch the Greatness. They pulled my Van in within 5 mins of arrival. 30 mins after that, they loosened all the lugs. 30 mins after loosening all the lugs, it looks like they might take off one Tire! lost my tire and wouldn't even replace it. I even bought a new rim. they wouldn't even give me a break on a new tire. then when I complained to management they gave me a deal. they sold me a freaking trailer tire. I don't think the company will be using their services anymore.

Was told 40 minutes to change out 4 tires. Well what do you know, 2.5 hours later I was out of there. Pretty bad when there was only one other trailer in the bay and 10-15 workers just walking around not wanting to work. You can tell they’re paid by the hour. Won’t be back that’s for sure. At least at discount their team is always hustling to get the job done.
So called up to change out tires i had bought On the phone i am told $20.00 each tire. I get to the store and they say $18 to take off and $18 to balance i left. Better know your pricing.
Tell your mechanic driving up I-37 right now in Corpus Christi just north of your shop to turn is damn lights on before he kills somebody.
