Very rude! Liars and crooks! Refuses to complete order after payment (been 2 months no result). Waited 30 minutes longer than scheduled appt time. Very disorganized, arrogant, and took my glasses without asking, came back scratched! Worst customer service experienced!

Dr. Gibbs and her staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The exam and fitting were stress-free. I would certainly recommend others to visit.
Not impressed at all. Ordered my sons glasses and the lenses came back wrong so we have to wait another week or so for them to come back in.
