I had an appointment with Dr Rose Liu. After waiting some time for the appointment, I left in tears. She wouldn’t let me express my concerns, shut me down and just wanted to rush me out as soon as she could. She was extremely passive aggressive and showed no patient care. I am very disappointed with the whole situation and I left the practice in tears
Great service and friendly helpful staff and doctors
Waited 3 months for an appointment as they were supposed to be the best..Definitely not, the doctor I saw gave me approximately 10 minutes of her time, didn't even really check my condition wrote me a script for antibiotics the same as my doctor had put me on, even though I told her I had already been on them for 3 months, also wrote me a script for some very expensive cream and charged me $350..the cream that I was prescribed was making the condition worse instead of better and after persevering for 3 weeks I rang the clini... read more
Long wait time during your visit. Overbooking the specialist to a point that you’ll be waiting more than an hour post your booked time. Very non realistic booking expectations. Very unrespectful of everyone’s time their specialist and they’re clients.
