I don’t leave many reviews, but SouthDerm made it impossible not to. From the doctors to the reception team, everyone I dealt with was genuinely wonderful. Most of the time, you go somewhere, pay for a service, have your appointment and go home. But sometimes life gets complicated and you need a little more than that. Dr Yiasemides was absolutely amazing!! The first doctor I have ever felt treated me like an adult instead of dismissing what I said/ acting like I don’t know my own body. 10 years I have been seeing doctors about my skin and in one appointment I felt heard finally. I cannot recommend her enough
I wen to see a doctor at your clinic today. Disappointed I have been taken blood thinner but the doctor still did an ice treatment on my face and claims fine. It is well known that blood thinner will cause bruises in body upon small irritation. I am desparately looking for a solution as my face is getting redder and redder. I had an appointment with Dr Rose Liu. After waiting some time for the appointment, I left in tears. She wouldn’t let me express my concerns, shut me down and just wanted to rush me out as soon as she could. She was extremely passive aggressive and showed no patient care. I am very disappointed with the whole situation and I left the practice in tears
