I had an exceptional experience at South Derm Kogarah and cannot recommend the clinic highly enough. I was initially referred by my GP for assessment of a cyst on my scalp. I called the clinic in the morning and was incredibly grateful to be offered a cancellation appointment later that same afternoon — which already set a very positive tone. Have just had PDT treatment for early skin treatment and a mohs procedure for a bump on my nose. On all fronts the service at South Derm has been excellent and having just had my stitches removed today the result from the surgery is excellent. Highly recommend the services and care offered.

I'd give zero stars if I could. My mother was treated poorly, ignored and not properly informed of the treatment and procedure she was undergoing. The nurses were wonderful, but that's where it ended. Dr yiasmedes had been her doctor for many years, and when she voiced her complaints via email, there was no response. Find a different dermatologist/ practice. They always run late, aren't helpful and charge an unreasonable amount.

I have been visiting Southderm for close to 20years and always found the front desk staff to be very helpful, attentive and sympathetic. Recently I had direct dealings with Holly and Felicity on a personal skin matter and their advice, support, and communication was exactly what I was looking for at that time. Great work Holly and Felicity. Keep it up.
