Have been to this establishment twice now. Both times I have been turned away! The first time I was told they would be closing soon (30 min from closing time posted at entrance)! I thought I would give them the benefit of doudt and try again. It's been about a month since first attempt! Today (2nd time), this is what I was told. I’ve been trying to grow my hair back out but wanted it thinned a little, told the lady I just wanted the top of my head and the back thinned since it gets very poofy. She proceeded to cut the sides of my head short, asking if I wanted it shorter. I said I just wanted it thinned, she thought I wanted some weird haircut but never asked to make sure. The young lady did amazing with my hair. My hair was down to my waist and thought new year new me and she cut all my hair off to my shoulder and did it precisely and listened to my concerns. I recommend to come see them and get you a fresh new look!
I’ve been before and had Laura who is sweet and good. I do not know the girl from today but I’ll never go back because of her. I almost walked out because of her actions. It’s the lady who sits by the register. My hair looks fine but she was so loud about some issues I’m having with dry scalp. I did tell her how I felt about how loud she was about my business and I was so close to walking out. I even tipped her in the end not because I like her she did a service. But never again!
