This clinics staff and policies are reprehensible! Without notice and after receiving payments they turned my balance over to collections at 30 days and when we called to check our balance they said there was none and did not mention that it had been turned over. I am 61 years old and have never had any bills turned over for collections. After surgery I was not even contacted until my 1st follow up appointment 2 months later about my status. Came up with a comprehensive plan to help with my back issues.
I really liked my initial appointment. Although treatment sometimes doesn’t feel good, I believe I tolerated that well too. I had treatment back in May. I was told to call in 10 days to report how I was doing. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone or call you back. For those of you they answer for or call back, consider yourself lucky.
